Thursday, August 21, 1958 Obit. for William Henry Jenne
William Henry Jenne, son of William and Sophia Jenne, was born in Bates county near Adrian, Mo., on September 27, 1889 and passed away August 15, 1958 at the age of 68 years, 10 months and 18 days. He was the third child in a family of seven children. In his youth he attended the Lutheran Church and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Adrian. He entered the service of his country in World War I on October 20, 1917 and was discharged on June 5, 1919. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Amelia and Lena Jenne and Bertha Mead and a brother Carl on June 30, 1958. Surviving are a brother Edward of the home and a sister, Mrs. Wm. Julia Petty of Butler, Mo., several nieces, nephews, a great nephew and great nieces, cousins and friends. Funeral services were conducted at Adrian by Rev. Stanley Barnes at the Six Chapel in Adrian, on Sunday, August 17, 1958, with Masonic Graveside service. Burial was at Crescent Hill cemetery.
