Drew Meyerowich is currently lives in Platte City, MO with his wife Susan. They
have three sons and have been married for 35 years. He is one of those
natural leaders with an innate ability to engage, motivate and empower
individuals and teams to achieve – and exceed – all expectations. He
possesses the rare ability to transfer his leadership knowledge and passion to
others using powerful life experiences in military combat to emphasize
leadership, organizational growth through friction and change.
From corporate to combat, Drew has led organizations through incredibly difficult times. A
wounded warrior, Drew uses servant leadership to empower organizations to overcome the most
challenging of situations. From leading the Rescue of Task Force Ranger in 1993 in the battle
made famous by the movie, “Black Hawk Down”, through leading a 1200-person Task Force during
the height of the Insurgency in Iraq from 2005-2008, to restructuring corporations during times of
economic peril, Drew creates empowerment and develops people and systems that can help any
organization through the corporate pain points routinely experienced by corporate leadership.
Colonel (Retired) Meyerowich is an Infantry Officer that has served in command at every level
through Brigade. He has numerous awards and decorations including the Silver Star, Legion of
Merit, two Bronze Stars, the Purple Heart, and various other awards. He was awarded the Combat
Infantryman's Badge with one star and has earned his Expert Infantryman's Badge, Parach utist
Badge, and Ranger Tab. Drew graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1987 with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and holds a master’s degree in Communications
and Strategic Studies from the Unites States Army War College.
Just prior to his transition to business, Drew served as the Director of the Command and General
Staff College at Fort Leavenworth. Adamant on transitioning from a life of defending “Life, Liberty
and the Pursuit of Happiness” to a life of “Living It”, this former Florida Resident chose Kansas City
and the Midwest as the community to accomplish just that
